“I was so excited to find this white allover bow tulle. The phrase “Born to Tulle be Bow (Born to be Bold)” instantly came to mind. It evokes feelings of happiness, fun, innocence, and resembles the fluffy white clouds. Taking inspiration from this, I want to design an elegant white full skirt that captures our lively, playful, gentle nature, while reflecting our love for life’s finer things.”
