“The bows symbolise my first experiences of freedom and bravery. Initially, feeling a tightness in my throat, I choose to liberate myself and find my voice. Traditionally tied around the neck, the bows now cascade down to the hem, symbolizing a release and expression. Different bows and colors represent our initial voices, some soft but confidently spoken, while others loud yet timidly expressed. With time, we found our authentic voice, depicted by the pastel pink. It is clear, gentle, and bold. We have become at ease with sharing our voices. This green dress features a subtle A-line silhouette, reflecting my early stages. I opted for green to symbolize the green chakra, associated with transformation and love energy. It gives comfort and nurtures the spirit.”
